How hard can it be to just walk my dog and play with it? You’d think dog walking, pet sitting and other pet care services are so easy any one can do it, RIGHT?!
But what if your pet has circumstances that make caring for your pet more difficult? There are several items listed below that best describe some of these circumstances and how we address them.
The ONLY thing that will prevent us from providing the pet care services you value most is if we are unable to travel due to weather. Otherwise, rain, cold or heat? NO PROBLEM! During the Summer months, we do recommend scheduling walks during the cooler parts of the day to protect your dog’s health.
Our team is willing to work with pets that have temperament issues as long as the pet doesn’t have a history of biting a person. We will spend time doing a little basic training for behaviors that need some correcting, although we do not offer standalone training sessions at this time.
Our sitters will go over any concerns you have about medicine administration and any health issues we should be aware of. We ask for two emergency contacts plus a pet guardian contact to ensure we can reach you should your pet need medical attention.
Some pets can be difficult to walk, so we use easy-walk harnesses in these circumstances. We can also use chew-proof leashes for any persistent chewers.
We’re experienced with special needs pets. We will even adminiser any pills or injections your pet may need while you’re away.
